This is sooooo false, for two reasons.

1. Wilson was the key drafter of the Treaty in the first place.

2. Wilson was the one that conned Germany and Austria-hungary into beileving that the basis of the treaty was his Fourteen Points.

It is tought that he beileved this because he made it appear so at home, by giving speeches about his Fourteen Points and a better future for Democracy.

Indeed. He was the one that created Segregation, segregated the Military (see Buffalo Soldiers) and tried to bully Latin America.
