I know what do both words mean separately, but

| It means you're aggressive, but do it in a passive way, like Facebook. If a girl is mad at her boyfriend, she posts some suble status on facebook which says that. |

Ehh, one of my FB contacts kept posting songs when she broke up with her boyfriend or something like that. That's where the idea came from
