Do you support the genetic engineering of animals and fruits and vegetables?

Personally I do. All of the concerns about it are irrational fears. It has been eaten for 15 years by millions of people without one report of illness or any side effect whatsoever. We have the potential to fully grow fruits and vegetables and raise animals in a matter of days, maximize their nutritional benefits, and even render the animals unconscious to alleviate some of the ethical concerns of eating meat. It even has the potential to feed every human in the world.

As long as precautions are taken so that the engineered organisms don't become invasive species, I support it.

Usually there's someone that thinks they're unhealthy or unethical or something. They're arguably the opposite.

I say no, But that's only because I'm a vegetarian. I don't like fish genes in my tomatoes.....

They're not "fish genes"... they're genes that any other animal or plant could have gotten but didn't.
Another question... did you support genetic engineering before I made this thread?
